At Dulles Glass, our goal is to deliver your purchase most quickly and economically. We ensure your experience is enjoyable and seamless from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your home. Depending on the items purchased and the delivery methods available for each item, your order could be delivered in multiple shipments. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight, and size of items. We provide FREE standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We primarily use FedEx for standard package delivery of smaller glass and mirror items and employ a freight service company to deliver for exceptionally large or heavy orders.
Package Carrier Delivery encompasses smaller glass, mirror, and hardware items, suitable for standard FedEx shipping. Custom products typically require 5 to 7 business days for fabrication before shipping, while premade products and hardware/accessories generally leave our warehouse in 1 - 3 business days if they are in stock. Dulles Glass extends its delivery services to the 48 contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Regrettably, deliveries cannot be made to US Territories, international locations, or P.O. boxes at this time.

We offer Freight Service via a liftgate truck through a delivery company to the curb at the end of your driveway for especially large or heavy orders. It's ideal for items that cannot be accommodated by standard package delivery methods due to their size and weight. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our team for assistance.
The delivery company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are usually made between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, within a 4-hour window. Delivery will occur once all items become available and ready to ship.
You are responsible for transporting delivered freight items from the curb to your desired location through doorways, stairways, elevators, and hallways. The delivery company does not set up, assemble, or remove packaging materials. Inspection of items is also your responsibility. You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt and report any damage to the item or packaging. If you refuse delivery due to damage, please indicate "refused due to damage" on the receipt.
If your residence is on a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage, please contact our Customer Support team to discuss alternative arrangements.
An individual 18 years or older must be home to accept delivery and inspect your order. All items will be carefully delivered via a liftgate truck to the curb at the end of your driveway. Our delivery team is not permitted to unpack, assemble, or remove any packaging materials.
The maximum size for unloading by liftgate from a freight truck is 100 inches. For any item larger than 100 inches, it is the recipient's responsibility to unload it using a forklift or with sufficient assistance.
If the oversized item cannot be delivered to the delivery address due to the client's absence at the appointed time or property inaccessibility, the client is required to cover all additional costs to ensure successful delivery. Dulles Glass reserves the right to bill the client for these costs.
A change in address after the item has left our warehouse will be subject to a $200 fee to cover shipper re-routing costs.
